The pioneering Super Midsize Jets that revolutionized the business jet industry and paved the way for future Falcon models, the Dassault Falcon 50 and 50EX offer exceptional performance and luxurious comfort, representing a lasting legacy in the world of private aviation.
COMFORT
Relatively present on the charter market for medium- and long-haul flights, the Falcon 50 and Falcon 50EX are generally designed to seat 9 passengers, with a layout of club seats four, two individual seats facing each other and a sofa for three. Dassault’s “French-style” expertise and design is represented on board, in terms of finish, quality of materials and the equipment required for passenger comfort : fold-down tables, numerous stowage compartments, a wide range of technical and entertainment equipment, a hold capable of carrying bulky luggage, large windows bathing the cabin in light… Added to this is a fully-equipped crew area for the preparation of refreshments and meals. All this creates a sumptuous environment in keeping with Falcon family standards.
PERFORMANCE
The Falcon 50 combines performance and autonomy, making it an agile and versatile aircraft. The first aircraft in the aeronautics industry to be built partly in composite materials (carbon-fiber fins) and with a structure designed using the 3D method, it was conceived for non-stop intercontinental flights. Featuring three jet engines and a supercritical wing, it boasts the performance to increase both aircraft speed and fuel tank capacity. The Falcon 900 and Falcon 2000 will also be equipped with this system, enabling fuel savings. The Falcon 50EX has replaced its predecessors to offer passengers greater autonomy. Naturally, other improvements have been made to the aircraft, with modernized avionics and enhanced performance, notably in terms of fuel consumption, speed, and cruising altitude. What’s more, both the Falcon 50 and Falcon 50EX offer excellent performance on short runways, enabling passengers to access complex airports.
