3 km from Hyères, by the sea, Toulon-Hyères Airport serves Toulon, the Golden Isles (Porquerolles, Port-Cros) and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, about an hour's drive away. Its 2,121 m runway handles every jet, as well as airliners: it is the airport for groups and large aircraft when La Môle, too short, is not an option.
The airport is shared with the French Navy: every flight must be announced in advance, from a few hours to 24 hours depending on the operator. We file the request as soon as you book.
For a flight from or to a non-Schengen country, customs must be notified 24 hours in advance. We take care of it.
La Môle accepts neither airliners nor the heaviest jets. Toulon-Hyères, about an hour from Saint-Tropez, handles them easily, and a helicopter can take over.
